The Local Music Scene

After a few days of peace and serenity during your stay with the Lilly Valley Inn, you may find yourself in the mood for an evening of live music. If so, you’re in luck: the Inn is within driving distance of several towns that offer a number of different music venues. Just around the corner is The Palisades Restaurant that offers live music every Sunday from 5:00-7:30pm.

Blacksburg music is probably your best bet on any given night. Located a half hour by car from our location in Pearisburg, the presence of Virginia Tech and a lack of other cities nearby has enabled a strong local music scene to develop. Some local venues to check out are  The Milk Parlor in Blacksburg, The Lyric Theater in Blacksburg, Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Rising Silo Farm Brewery in Blacksburg, and Brick House Pizza in Radford.
